Method Of Service:



Intech Machine Co 

is a complete machine and precision grinding facility,

Capable of repairing chipped and broken blades and knives with the highest quality materials as Stellite 6 and carbide.


After necessary repairs have been made we would then resharpened blades back to precision specifications.



We then would penetrate blades edge with 

industrial nickel, Alloy 88 and Nitronic 60
This will help increase wear life by (4) to (5) Times longer between sharpening’s This process will penetrate to the Blades Edge 

from 0.090 to 0.0120 depth And would come back to a smooth

polished Finish

Giving the blade 100% better releasing action Which means

no material build up to the cutting edge.



This would prevent roll over to the cutting edge and would keep a sharper cutting edge.



This process would cut your grind-stock by 30 to 35 % on your next sharpening which means you would get longer life Of your blade before you can not make anymore adjustments.

WEAR RESISTANT MATERIALS

 

The high grade wear resistant alloys

include a variety of austenitic's and wear resistant materials,   

resulting an increased wear life, and quality performance.

 

Alloy 88

Is a stainless based alloy that must contain at least 10.5 %

Chromium the presence of chromium creates an invisible surface film

That resists oxidation and makes the material “passive” or corrosion resistant.

 

Nitronic 60

Is a high strength fully austenitic alloy

That resists galling, pitting, and wear, significantly.

 

Industrial nickel

Is highly resistant to corrosion caused by abrasive solutions.

 

 

WEAR RESISTANT PROCESS 

 

The chemistry of these alloys would create,

a durable wear resistant surface to machinery components,

and would extend wear life significantly,

 

These alloys are deposited into the base metal between (0.90”) to (0.120”) depth,

This penetration would be achieved trough electrolysis,

 

A process that embeds alloys into the base material rather then applying them as a surface to surface application,

such as, hard chrome, re tinning, Teflon, or thermo sprays

which have the tendency to Pell, flake, and/or wear off.

 

The process of embedding material rather then applying to the surface

 is designed to provide rust / corrosion resistance, galling or pitting occurrences

and will increase wear life by ( 6 ) to ( 8 ) times longer in performance and durability,

compared to any surface to surface coatings.

 

 

 

Warranty

  

Intech Machine Co warrantees its workmanship 

for a period of ( 36 ) months upon installation

Against the fallowing defects  Not to       chip, brake, peel, or wear. 

 

Warranty provision 

 

The length of warrantee is defined by 

Intech Machine Co  

as  “ in use “  amount of time in production

Buyer  shall keep records of when placed in or removed from production

The warranty period of (  36   ) months shall be the actual amount of time in operation
